We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan using trusted courier partners including DHL, TCS, and POSTEX.

• Free delivery on orders above PKR 2,000
• Delivery times: 2-3 days (major cities), 3-5 days (other cities)
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 2-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery
• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
• Return shipping costs borne by customer unless our error
